Shipping & Returns


Baby Barn currently offers domestic standard shipping via the US Postal Service.  The shipping cost is calculated by the weight of your order. 

Your order:

  • Will ship within 2 business days. Your order ships from our fulfillment warehouse in Manhattan Beach, CA.
  • Is delivered by US Postal Service within 2-5 business days. This timeline is an estimate only and not guaranteed. Unfortunately, on rare occasions, your order will ship or be delivered outside these timeframes. 
  • Cannot be modified or cancelled once submitted. However, unwanted items can be returned for a refund once received if they are eligible under our return policy. For more return information, please refer to our returns policy below.
  • Baby Barn is not responsible for package deliveries affected by COVID19 related shipping delays, an invalid or old address provided by the customer, natural occurrences, air and ground transportation delays or strikes.

Order Status

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order ships.  

TRACKING: Unfortunately, the US Postal Service is unable to provide tracking on packages shipped First Class. We are working on a solution improve this experience.

Return Policy

We recommend trying on all items in your order before washing to ensure they fit. We cannot accept returns or refund after items have been washed or worn and we enforce this policy upon inspection of returned shipments. In order to be eligible for return, all items must be sent back within 30 days of order fulfillment (the time it leaves our warehouse). 

An item may be returned if it is sent back:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • With original tags and packaging intact
  • Free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage

Items CAN NOT BE RETURNED after this 30-day-timeframe, no exceptions.

Return costs are the responsibility of the sender and Baby Barn is not responsible for return items lost in transit.
